Refund Policy for GetWaisted By Sheevi

At GetWaisted By Sheevi, we take pride in the quality and care behind each of our wellness products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or returns on any items once a purchase is completed. This includes all juices, teas, waist beads, custom products, and wellness accessories. Because many of our items are handmade, perishable, or made to order, they cannot be resold or restocked.

2. Exchanges (If Applicable)

Exchanges may be granted only under specific circumstances such as:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item in your order

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable

  • We will respond within 2-3 business days to assess your request

If approved, you may receive a replacement item or store credit, at our discretion.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back unless the error was on our part.

5. No Refunds on Custom or Intimate Products

Due to hygiene and personalization, we do not accept returns or exchanges on waist beads or any custom orders unless there is a proven defect.
